This blog is about the cream honey lily and green tiger lily patterned Royal Winton dishes. I decided to create this blog to serve as a catalogue of these patterns. This blog is also a means for fellow Royal Winton collectors to discuss, trade and share information and images about these patterns.
Your collection is absolutely gorgeous, as is your display cabinet! I am so jealous! I've always admired the rosebud/tiger lily range and am a complete sucker for Royal Winton Grimwades cake stands. I currently have three :)
I LOVE Royal Winton ware. I have a couple of yellow and quite a few Green pieces. I only have the pink in a copy (Somerton Green) but have no Ivory pieces. Was wondering why you have not collected any yellow?
Hi, thanks everyone. Lisa, I have had some but I usually trade them for these three colours. They match my house the best. I've noticed there are a couple others colours out there as well in this pattern.
Hi Anna and what a stunning collection and beautiful blog. I actually maintain a similar website - albeit only for the green colourway - if it's of interest to you? http://members.ozemail.com.au/~mullerfamily/RoyalWintonTigerLily.htm I have been collecting for a few years and was actually on the verge of selling it all off but now that I have seen your photos it's making me strongly reconsider..! I just love it mixed in with the cream, and your display in the white cabinet is especially pretty. Always fab to chat to a fellow collector at any rate :-) Michelle
Hi! I just came across your blog as I was doing some research on a stacking teapot that was my grandmas. It matches your set...not sure if you were interested in this piece. It seems pretty rare. If you're interested let me know and I can send some pictures.
I love the gorgeous, narrow focus of this blog!
